BUILDING FEATURES
The first Mayfaire Townview condominium building completed in Spring 2006 was Building B, located over the Talbots, Rug Decor and Reeds Jewelers stores adjacent to Belk. The second residential building completed in Fall 2006 was Building G located directly across the street and above the Banana Republic, Coldwater Creek and Jos. A. Banks stores adjacent to Barnes and Noble. These L-shaped buildings offer two secured entrances and two elevators each, as well as built-in trash chute service adjacent to the main lobby elevators. Mailboxes are conveniently located inside the first floor main lobbies. Building G offers a nine-seat home theater and a billiards and game room. Additional amenities, a cardio studio and a resident lounge and media room, are found in Building B. All of these amenity spaces are for the exclusive use of Mayfaire Townview residents. Parking is provided behind the lobby entrances in parking spaces designated for Mayfaire Townview residents only. Additional parking is provided on a "first come, first served" basis throughout the Mayfaire Town Center parking areas.
CONDOMINIUM UNIT FEATURES
Construction is complete on Phase III. There are 20 select units in this phase (10 on each side of Main Street) that adjoin the existing buildings. Building B extension units are located above Bath and Body Works, Limited Too and Sunglass Hut, stores adjacent to Swoozie's. Building G extension units are located above Julie's Boutique, Francesca's and Eddie Bauer, stores adjacent to Pottery Barn. These units are unique and were designed based on client feedback from our first two phases. The units in Phase III are much larger two bedroom plans with open kitchens, higher ceilings, spacious living areas, large terraces, and a greater emphasis on the relation of outdoor space to the streetscape below.
Condominiums in Phase III range in size from 1,346 to 1,915 square feet. Pricing starts at $356,690 and top out at $624,088. Our interior finishes package has continued with, and expanded on, the theme of our first two phases with the goal of minimizing the need for upgrades.
Mayfaire Townview's standard condominium pricing includes granite kitchen countertops, GE Profile stainless kitchen appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, tiled kitchen backsplashes, hardwood floors throughout the entry, powder room, living, dining and kitchen areas, 5 1/4” crown and 6 1/16" base moldings, Kohler plumbing fixtures, tiled bath floors and tiled shower/tub walls, pre-wiring for audio and security and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living rooms.
HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION DUES
The monthly Homeowner’s Association dues for Mayfaire Townview are $315 per month. Dues include water, sewer, trash chute service, elevator service, secured lobbies, climate-controlled lobbies and corridors, amenity maintenance, weekly cleaning of the common areas, insurance (owners will have to insure their personal property), exterminating, and management and maintenance of the landscaping, sidewalks, lighting and parking areas around the building. The property is currently managed by Century 21 CAMS.
